Rain rain go away, or stay??? Home shopping in the rain is always a good idea. We just did a tik tok about this, and since it's been raining the past few days I figured why not make this into a newsletter story.
Georgia is a buyer beware state - so when looking for a home to buy you have to do your due diligence and inspect all avenues to ensure you are getting what you want. One way is to view the home you want to purchase while it's raining, you can see how the yard drains, how the water collects in the driveway (if it even does) - if there are any leaks anywhere, a whole host of what if's.
